Camper Storage

I was renting a space from another facility, name withdrawn, and I was there for about 8 years. I never knew what to find in my spot when I would go to drop off my camper. The space was gravel and I had to keep it weed-free myself. Management made very little effort to keep my spot empty of other folks running a business out of the facility. Now I am on concrete with plenty of room to move and hope to be there a long while. Getting the spot was very easy, mostly online. Entry code worked the first time and I like being able to use bluetooth.

Quick and east

I needed to declutter and organize my basement. Found the storage space, picked a size, filled out paperwork and paid online. The space was clean and ready. Everything worked seamlessly and I did not even need to speak to anyone. Perfect!

A good deal and easy to rent. Very clean. Excellent customer service.

Disappointed

The move in price and process was effortless. The move out process was painful. I forgot to remove a lock in January and we’re going into May and I’m still being charged for a lock that could’ve been cut off. Smh.

It was very simple and easy to rent online. No waiting to sign paperwork.
