Additional information
There is a 25 Refundable Deposit Required at move-in. Proof of Home Owners or Renters Insurance needed or must obtain storage Insurance for as low as 12 monthly. Renting on or after the 20th of the month will require the prorated days to the end of the month plus next moths rent to be prepaid at move-in due to the billing period being the 1st monthly.
