Learning for me

My first to not have anyone manning the office. It was not easy using the kiosk. Also, I was not issued a code. I had to figure it out myself by calling customer service. Love the facility tho, it’s very clean, and looks safe.

Beyond super!

The office people are amazing and super nice. Facility is clean, modern, and easy to access. Security is great. Being able to drive inside to load and unload is great.....especially in the rain! Planning on using them each year for college.

The manager was welcoming and made things go very smooth.

I've never rented storage before and imagined it to be more stressful. It turned out to be much easier than that and I'm grateful for the easy transition.

Service was friendly and registration was quick. Unit is clean and easy to get to. Can drive into facility and not get wet when unloading trailer.

Clean but Reservation Process Needs Work

The storage unit was very clean and everything is indoors, so I hope that cuts down on rodent issues I have seen in other places. However, they lost my reservation when I got there on move-in day. I spent a good deal of time on the phone with them, and they did manage to find me a spot. Since the office was closed unexpectedly on the move-in day, I had to go out and buy my own lock. Communication, especially for someone nearly 500 miles away, was very poor prior to move in. I think a little more follow up is necessary if you choose this site, and be prepared with a lock.

I had some questions and called a few times but never heard back from anyone. Everything else though was great.

Unfair price

Facility and security is nice. I was charged twice try to contact someone about this issue, they never called back and the issue was never resolved. Communication is very important to customers as well as getting the issue resolved quickly. 28 dollars for a 5x5 ends up costing me 42 dollars.?? Not acceptable!

Low prices, security, very clean and easily accessible

I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it. Its a huge office building that has been turned into storage units. It's all temperature controlled. You can drive into the building and park. There are carts to use, if your unit is not in the main aisle. There are many sizes to choose from. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars to pricing is that they do require you to have insurance on your unit. For me it was an extra $10 per month. You can avoid it if you have it on your own policy. But I think insurance should always be optional. Other than that this is a great storage facility with low prices and a lot of choices.
