    Clean, clean, clean

    Very clean, The CS person was really nice nice as well. The price was the same for as a non temperature controlled unit elseware.

    Nice clean well lit storage area with carts to help load your things. Security codes and cameras in a nice neighborhood. Easy to reserve online and quick to check-in and move in.

    EXCELLENT place for your Storage needs

    Found the experience very good, staff was helpful and professional. Not like other places I have used. Unit itself was clean and easy to get to.

    Quick access and easy move in with dollys provided

    Everything went well on signing the contract and movning into storage. We were proised that the unit would be swept out, but that did not happen ahead of our move in. Everything else was seamless.

    Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE

    Only use this place if you don't mind having your things covered in mold. The manager's reaction when made aware of the problem? "I don't need this today." We have used another storage unit in the past and NEVER had this problem. The other place was even an outdoor unit! Our things were stored correctly, so there is no excuse for this "climage controlled" unit to end up like this.

    Matt was really the best part about our time there at U Store It.

    I just wanted to write a note to express our satisfaction with U Store It Strongsville Manager Matt. While we had a unit for over a year, Matt was always helpful, courteous and very attentive to any questions or concerns we had. We did not like the price increase, or the fees for trying to pay our bill on line, Only way to pay bill without a fee was in person. Matt was really the best part about our time there at U Store It.
