    Very satisfied with customer service

    Angie the manager I dealt with at Life Storage explained everything I needed to know, completely and efficiently. Also, the man I dealt with on my initial phone call to Sparefoot was very helpful and set me up to open my account with Life Storage.

    FIRST DAY OF MOVE IN WAS UNSATISFACTORY THERE WAS A LOCK ON MY UNIT.

    THE COMPANY HAS TO IMPROVE ON AWARENESS. THAT HICCUP COST ME MONEY SINCE MY MOVE IN WAS DELAYED.

    Overall a good experience

    Everything is good with the unit, but the price is higher than I was originally quoted. Talked to the manager and was told the special I was expecting wasn't going on. Also the floor of the unit is covered in sawdust. Other than that I'm happy with the experience.
