    Friendly staff

    Super friendly staff, I did not arrive until after 5PM and did not know they stopped new rentals at 5. The owner let me proceed with my new rental so I could get in the same day. Very much appreciated!!!

    Rat infested trash place!

    Worst storage place in Dayton you pay for insurance but when something happens it’s not covered under insurance. Had my stuff in a unit for 1 month nothing but keepsakes signs fish tanks. No food bedding nothing like that and everything was infested with mice dead mice on and in my stuff when I notified the office there is nothing they can do but be rude as possible and accuse me of having food in my unit and tell me there is nothing they can do because there is a “field” behind the building! Do not put your stuff in here!

    standard rental facility

    the store in lock assistant was great and friendly to deal with. The code on the sliding gate is a little cumbersome to deal with, sometime it enters correctly and sometimes you have to repeat it to get the gate open.
