The storage consultant was EXTREMELY busy, but handled everyone with excellence. Her customer service skills are impeccable. The facility was very clean and I have no concerns about storing my valuables there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The cleanliness condition of the facility and the units is impressive. It is exactly what I needed. The staff are patient and pleasant and helpful.

Efficient

The office was closing at 6pm and I arrived at 545 to find the system down. The manager on-site explained to me how to rent online and I did so without any issues. I received my first month free and had access immediately. The attendant was nice and very helpful., I was unable to use the carts after the office closed but we had our own dolly.

misleading and frustrating

when i called to confirm that i was coming to move in, the employee told me they’d be open til 5, and we got off the phone. when i got there at 4:45 she told me i was too late and check in ends at 4:30 and she was “not going to be leaving a minute late, that i’d have to come back tomorrow”. after pleading with her for a few minutes, explaining that i had a uhaul full of stuff that i couldn’t keep overnight, and her continuing to refuse, she casually mentioned that i could attempt to fill the paperwork out online without her help. that took about 5 minutes and i got it done in time. when i selected my unit online, i made sure to choose the one that said PREMIUM UNIT, first floor, within 1000 feet of entrance. after i paid (more than the promised 29.99 because they don’t tell you that you have to pay for a 20 dollar lock and 15 dollar service charge) i was confirmed with a second floor unit that was pretty difficult to get to. posted over the sign about cart drop off was a printout that said “due to people stealing carts, they must be checked out at the front desk”, which was closed (not a minute late) so i was forced to carry an entire homes worth of furniture what i found out was a total of 5 miles after checking my step counter. a few days later and i can still barely walk.

Very bad leasing practice.

They offer a room that no one will take. It has a support beam practically in the middle of the room. When you object, they offer a different room, but at a higher rate. Similar to the old auto 'bait and switch'. Not at all happy with this facility.

Comfy keeper

I would like to say I believe I made a wonderful decision when I selected to put my belongings here. The staff is helpful with extremely positive energy. And the unit is clean, no strange smells or Cobb webs hangings everywhere or dead mice in the halls like other storage places Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve seen but wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t mention. In addition there is a lock box on each door with your own personalized code to maximize safety. I give this storage facility an A++

I was able to move my things into storage quickly! The facility is super clean and the staff is so helpful.

Very accessible for area traffic and location. The receptionist was professional and extremely helpful. As a elder citizen she Helped make the move much easier. I would recommend more than two dollies.
