    Understaffed but the woman who helped me was great

    When I arrived, my unit unfortunately didn't have a lock in it and I wasn't able to find anyone. I started getting frustrated, but then found the 1 employee that was there and she was a big help.

    Good, Secure Facility

    When I got to the facility it was after a week long move and had the movers following about 10 minutes behind me to put the rest of our belongings in the unit. Angelo was very professional and got me through the paperwork very quickly. He was friendly and quite thorough in our dealings. The only negative regarding the entire process was as another reviewer mentioned the non disclosure of additional costs i.e. insurance. It would have been nice to have known about this required charge before doing the final paperwork. Though an inconvenience, it is not enough of one to stop me from recommending this facility.

    The overall experience was pretty much good but when i called ahead of time to get the specific details and finacial information i was not informed of the additional charges on the phone instead it was slammed on me once i got to the facility which put an undo stress on me and i still did not receive the 20% discount that was stated on the internet
