My girlfriend and I are just looking for a quick place to store her belongings before the apartment is ready. The management and staff are very friendly, understanding, and were very helpful. She showed general interest in our questions, and answered them to the best of her ability. It is not temperature controlled however, but for the price of the unit, it was very reasonable. What we liked the most, is that there are no contract or commitment like some other storage facilities. So it's great for people who just need a month to month stay. Overall, it is a good place, and I reccomend it to other that are in similar situations.

Cheap and helpful

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little misleading that the required insurance is not listed in price. But this is the best-priced facility I could find, Management is AMAZING, and they had carts out for help with moving.

There were something's I was confused about during setup however after speaking to the rep over the phone and then dealing with him in person, he took my time and money into consideration and worked everything out on my behalf. I'm happy!!

I feel that the Insurance is a little high but other than that everything was nice. Great Customer service. It would be better if there was 24 hr access, that slowed down my moving and extended it an extra day because I had to wait from 10 PM until 6am to gain access. But overall I am satisfied.
