No Contact Whatsoever

Reserved online, nobody reached out to check on my reservation. Called a few times with no answer so I went up to find an office. No office and no manager on site as claimed. Different number was on door, called that a few times as well with no answer or callbacks. No customer service whatsoever and a waste of timeâ€¦.

Looks OK

Unit looks OK, pretty clean when I moved in. No one was at the facility to let me know which unit to take, so I just picked one.

Wonderful service and fast booking

I called around 3 p.m and they were able to get my storage unit for 6 p.m the same night. Very happy with the service and when they realized the light in the unit wasn't working, they moved me to another one right away. The only problem they had were technical difficulties with the computer, as it had been down all day but in the end she got it to work again. I'm very happy that i chose their deal
