    All done on line

    Entire process on line, key was in unit, received pass code day before pull up and was access available, the unit was smaller than I thought but very clean the grounds around NO TRASH anywhere !!!

    No Problem Move in!

    It was a very easy move from the facility in Plain City to the New Storage here in Columbus! The Property Manager was very Professional. She showed a genuine concern for my "ease" of moving in. I had to have a larger unit and that was no problem at all. Just 9 dollars more a month. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a safe, clean and well kept Storage Place.

    Excellent service!

    This is the first time renting a storage unit and the ladies in the office made it a seamless and pleasant experience. They are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly too! Highly recommend to fam and friends!

    Hidden fees, especially with the "free" truck rental. I had an appointment at 12 noon and the office was closed until roughly 12:20. I will not be using their facility again and do not recommend this location.
