Thank you for considering Cincinnati Mini-Storage. We strive to exceed your expectations. After reserving your storage unit there are a few simple steps remaining to complete the process. You should have received a confirmation email from Sparefoot or an affiliate site with a link to finalize the rental. All reservations will be held for 48 hours. After 48 hours if the reservation has not been converted to a rental the unit will be released back into the pool of available rentals. You can convert your reservation to a rental by following the link in your confirmation email. Future dated reservation Not a problem, you will be able to keep the future date for the rental If your reservation was made after normal office hours, a staff member will contact you the following business day to help you finalize the process. Our office hours are: Monday Friday: 9 a.m. 6 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. 4 p.m. Our storage facility/gate hours are: 6 a.m. 10 p.m., 365 days of the year.
