Just what I needed to keep my off season mounted winter tires out of the way in a secure and climate controlled facility. I can drive inside for easy access to my first floor locker.

Good for the price.

It’s a little bit hard to navigate at first but they do have maps and signs posted. Maintenance was quick to answer and give me directions when I was confused.

I think it was Joanne I think that was her name anyway on the phone she was the best customer service person that I've ever had she was sweet nice and made everything easy and for my move to a different storage unit and I appreciate her very much.

Great facility!

Wonderful, clean facility with Excellant service. Only problem was that our storage unit was miles of aisles away.

I was skeptical

I was skeptical because the one my daughter all but swear by only had one more unit available, so I called Storage of America, to my surprise they had available units, I didn't think they would be up to my standards, it exceeds it, very friendly and helpful staff, bright & clean units & I love that discount wheel they let me spin!

It was super easy to move in and it was the perfect amount of space for all I had!

Very good unit and service

I was a little skeptical when I was told my unit was on the 2nd floor but with the carts and elevators it made it really easy. One suggestion would be to have signs that indicate which row of units are down an aisle. For example 1101-1120. That would help to find your unit easier. Other than that it is a great facility that is very clean and friendly to deal with.

The Office staff was friendly and accommodating due to changing plans.

Maybe mention to customers if your unit you rent has a large post. It does take away from your space you are paying for.

Really nice place

This place is a bit of a labyrinth but it is super clean, safe, well lit with lots of carts for your use. Customer service was great. It is inside an old Macys.
