Selena from the 137 Saw Mill River rd Yonkers NY location was probably one of the best customer service I've ever received from someone. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked into the place and that made things easy from there. Her knowledge of the place and information that she had given me was incredible. She covered everything leaving me without asking a question. She spoke very well, was very polite and most of all very professional. You have yourself a great employee ?

Way that the Rent is calculated is not in the renters favor lots of extra charges

I rented the unit on Sunday the 9th. I paid for a month the move in extra charge, and the mandatory insurance on the 9th. I registered at the time for auto pay. Since all billing is on the 1st you loose whatever days into the month you are when you rent. That is bad enough. On the 12 I got a bill in the mail for the 2nd months rent. I have not even had time to move anything. There are lots of extra charges beware

The facility is not cheap

The facility is not financially inexpensive, I purchased boxes but never received the free box and the elevator hasn't been working. If I walk through floor to fast lights don't turn on.

Great Storage Facility....Have rented here several different times. Great location, clean, secure, great pricing and courteous staff. Recommended to family that rent as well.

So thankful this was the last step of our move. After a long tiresome day of packing and heavy lifting, it was a pleasure to be greeted by Aliyah and Dominique's warm smiles! Registration for the unit was quick and easy, at an affordable rate. The girls even shared iced water with my movers! Awesome service. Keep it up.

I will be recommending this Public Storage location to all of my family and friends. Anahjae was very friendly, curtious and knowledgeable and answered all of questions with ease and grace. She is pleasant and well spoken. She provided excellent service...

I stopped by Public Storage today with a few questions on maybe one day renting a unit and was tremendously helped by a Dominique. Dominique was very welcoming and knowledable of the storage unit I would be looking for in the future that would suit my needs. She did not make it feel as if I was a burden at all to her and I when I am ready to make the move to purchase a unit I will defiently want her to help me closing the purchase. SHE'S AWESOME!!!!!!

Went to check out a storage unit and Dominique, Anajae, and Luz were such a great help! They answered all my question and were able to assist me with my move in. Thank you guys!

I was having a difficult time moving and when I came here Luz and Dominique made my day even better! They made the rest of my moving day much easier and were very patient with me. I will definitely recommend people to come here!
