    Easy experience

    Very easy to purchase a storage unit. The salesperson was very friendly and spent the time to show me various sized units. I chose the 5X10 since I do not have a lot of stuff. Facility is clean, bright, and adequately climate-controlled. Safety is a concern for me too (as it is for most folks I would think) and I do feel safe there. Cameras and alarm systems everywhere. I feel I made a great choice.

    Your representative was so friendly. Answered each question no matter how silly it might've been. Being disabled he was so considerate in making my visit easy. Extremely happy for all the help he extended to me.

    excellent

    Staff excellent 5 stars, but 4 stars because the I-pads, not loading and the computer went down mid-way through a transaction, I got a storage unit at one site and picked up my car at another, both had I-pad trouble.

    Honestly I had a great experience...

    Honestly I had a great experience getting my storage unit. The gentleman was very fast and efficient. He answered all my questions as well as dealing with other customers. We had a pleasant conversation. I would definitely recommend this place.

    Free From Clutter

    Getting a storage space for rent were quite easy as the property manager gave me her undivided attention and explained thoroughly what were my options with regards to size. She accompanied me on the walk through and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
