Easy check-in process, great staff!

I received a call from the owner/manager a day after making my reservation on SpareFoot to make sure everything was correct. The check-in process was incredibly easy. The woman at the desk walked me through everything on the lease, verifying access codes into the building, make sure I had enough keys to the locker and verifying all the keys worked. The facility is spotless and well lit with several carts for your use. Overall a great move-in day!

Gibbs was very helpful and informative with all my questions and concerns. They went through and showed me the units as well as the security layout and direction of the cameras. The entire facility is new and very clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to protect their items as well as keeping them in a temperature relative to their home.

Charged me for an extra month despite them telling me otherwise.

I used Gibbs self storage facility in June through August to store my home goods while we were in between places. Originally everything went well. When we moved out of the unit, we told one of the owners that we were leaving, so he said leave the keys here on September 1st, and you will not be charged. Unfortunately we returned the keys on September 1st and were charged for the month of September. The owner of the property still maintains that we dropped off the keys on September 10th, which is 100% false. I trusted them and wish I hadn't. They did not stick to their word.
