Jack, the general manager, is helpful & friendly. The facility is clean, great security, and easily accessible with a vehicle. I was very happy with the ease of finding a suitable unit and accessing it.

Fantastic

This was the last straw as to why I moved out of the old storage. I was at a storage unit that was cold, no lights in the units and they could not keep track of their carts. I was told I don't know what to tell you if you can't find one. It happens to be I was on the second floor, moving out and have to be out by 31st. But I have things to do so I need to be out by tomorrow, 26th. I won't be in Rochester. I am 75 and doing this by myself. I love Cube Smart as I can drive in and SEE what I am doing AND there is heat. I can actually take my time going through my stuff. I tell everyone about Cube Smart.

Probably the most painless experience I've had getting storage sorted out; the folks in the office were very friendly and helpful. And the facility is fantastic!
