Public Storage - Woodside - 24-01 Brooklyn Queens Expy

I did online booking and it was amazing.

I was just move on 08/01/2023. Before the move I was checked online which one is cheaper. I saw the best offer was give me Public Storage. I locked it by online and paid after two days latter by online. It was amazing. I didn't west any minute for finding storage and get a decision. Thanks Public Storage.

Convenient location quick in and out clean helpful staff

The light is burned out in front of my unit B708. It has been likecthis for 5 days. Please replace. Staff very helpful especially the agent who oriented my first visit with paper work.

Set up was very simple. The staff was beyond helpful, th facilities were in clean and up to date. Would recommend to others as a service.

Can't Complain!!

Staff was amazingly on hand with everything necessary to get the unit closed on. Prices are very affordable and the place is not to shabby. Only problem is the ladders used to access the top unit's can only get one item in at a time. Other than that I'm very happy with my unit and the staff I'll be dealing with from time to time! Plus the women that work there are just F'n gorgeous!!! Lol

Everyone in there is very professional

Everyone in there is very professional. At first I just went there to check it out but I felt so good about it after talking to Myrian, the store manager, and Ms Lady that I decided to rent a unit on the spot. I feel very safe putting my stuff in this stablishment!!

All is great but the hours are not very convenient . Should look into staying open a little later for people how work and are not able to make to your facility till after 6pm.

New to the area and was helped by a beautiful "Lady".. she helped me get the right size for my items and all of the things I needed to protect my belongings. I greatly appreciate it and recommend this location to anyone needing storage in the area... thanks Lady!

Currently rented with representative Thai and she was such a doll she explained the whole process so easily and she made sure all my questions were answered. All the girls in the front were so nice and made me feel welcome. Thank you so much girls!

We Just Moved here to Astoria from Rhode Island and Have a a 5 Bedroom House Full of Stuff. For now until we buy a new house we needed a storage space as we now have a 1 bedroom apt. So we came into the store and was Happily greeted by Lady. Now Ive heard some Horror stories about storing things in a storage Unit but Leydi was very instrumental, in our finding the perfect storage unit for us. We were actually going to get something much bigger than we actually needed and she showed us the perfect unit for us. She also helped us with some storage supplies that we didn't think we needed but after accessing the situation we found that we actually did need it. Thanks so Much for making our Move Much easier than we thought and for being very attentive to our needs rather than a bottom line. If you come to this Public Storage Ask for Lady. She is the BEST!!
