Great customer service and sign-up process. The agents at the LIC location were informative, professional, proactive and stayed 30 mins longer after closing in order for us to get our stuff moved in. Highly recommend!

Great Storage Facility and Staff

I visited the storage facility and I explained the storage requirements. The staff did an excellent job explaining the options available, cost, and available discounts. The staff then took me for a tour of the facility and explained the security and access controls, and they showed me the actual storage areas available. This storage facility was very clean and access to the loading dock area was on the back of the building instead of the street like other storage facilities that I visited. Overall I'm happy with this storage area, but it was about 15% more expensive than other storage facilities from other companies in the area.

Michael thoughtfully took all the information regarding my move. His phone manner and questions were detailed to make sure the move would go smoothly. He explained the rate and what it would entail. I felt good that the men would show up in a range of time and the experienced movers would get the job done in a timely manner. There were email confirmations and a follow up call to see if anything else would be needed, ie wardrobe boxes, lamp boxes, etc.

I walked in just to ask for prices and found the perfect room. Gissel was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Went into this Facility today to find out about storage, into the door three people stood and greeted me which was pretty awesome,I knew nothing about storage and Miriam ended up showing me around and spilling out all the facts I needed. She also did an amazing presentation of supplies and Ivana and Hector the other two people that work at the facility jumped in on some useful packing knowledge. Being that I am not planning to store until November I did not rent or buy anything today. But I will definitely be doing all my storing here. Thank you public storage for your awesome customer service !

I was recently storing for the first time here and Hector and his staff were really professional very helpful and very knowledgeable.Hector showed me around got me the space I needed and took a lot of pride in the neatness and security of their facility. It was a really enjoyable experience and much easier than I thought. Thank you public storage and the people at 4102. I will deff recommend this property to anyone.

What should have been one of the most stressfull situations I've ever encountered, turned out to be a blessing. Ivana and her team were amazing at making sure every one of my needs were met. Woooow I have got to say that this was such an amazing experience. I had so many fears relieved by public storage representative Hector! Such a wonderful welcoming individual. He answered every question I had fully! Very professional and extremely polite! He reassured me that my belongings would be safe and this would be the right place to store my belongings. Staff and space is great only problem is opening an closing hours! for me i work during the day so evenings and nights are best for me to go to my storage unit! but closing at 530 is just too early
