Electronic gate never works

I have to use front door that has steps to get to elevator so I would carry my items from car to second door just to load my items because the customer electronic gate never works

This service was above my expectation for a storage unit.

LifeStorage is located 15 minutes from my daughter's campus. Without the ability to Google, we would've settled for any one of the four closer storage facilities. From the initial call to reserve, right up until the time we headed back home to DC...the LifeStorage staff were knowledgeable & professional. The biggest factors to consider however are their awesome rates, the cleanline As of the building and overall security measures of the property!!! Needless to say, we are happy summer renters!!!

Clean, efficient storage solution

Check-in process was quick and easy. I rented a 5'x5'x4' storage unit, and it was perfect for my needs - 1 bedroom apt worth of boxes, no furniture. The unit itself was higher than expected - it had to be accessed with a step ladder. If you are looking for a 5x5 unit, ask if you can get a low access unit. If all they have is a high access unit, try to avoid storing heavy items as it is a challenge to get it up to the unit on the step ladder. Other than that, the place is clean, and rates seem competitive with other storage places in the area.
