Easily reserved storage unit on the website. Got a call immediately after from the location to set up an appointment. At the appointed time, I was shown the Unit to see if it was my liking. Both customer service persons were very helpful. Good experience.

The elder female employee is not very ...

The elder female employee is not very nice and very rude. The lights fixtures are broken so it is dark inside some lockers. I was told that the light would not be fixed.

Talked with Carolina / Jane. My questions about payment options were answered promptly and I was given the data I needed to do EFT from my bank instead of through their website. We now have the optimum storage unit for our situation and it took less than 2 minutes to complete both the transaction and the exchange of information. We are also happy with the climate controlled storage unit itself.

This is a Great storage place. Very clean good prices and the staff are very helpful. Carolina took her time to show me a few rooms and recommended the best size room for me. Very helpful and friendly wuold recommend this place to everyone.

I'm glad this facility was easily accessible off the parkway. My experience with this facility was made seamlessly easy with help of Jane. My mother recently past and I was looking for a facility to store items to make room for relatives. Jane really helped me find a space suitable for my items during such a stressful time. I highly recommend her for expertise and thoroughness.
