Staff was great and I was very happy with the process.

This is the first time I rented a storage unit, so I had no idea what to expect. The check-in and process was great. Jasmin explained everything and was super friendly. I left there happy and confident that my belongings will be safely stored there.

    Meticulous

I have used storage units for many years. I have never seen any that are so clean and meticulous as this one. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to store their belongings.

Great facility, needs some COVID preparedness

Hi, The units are clean and I like having the ability to get in at my convenience but in the week I've been a customer, a few things have happened that are disappointing. On Wednesday, the garage door was open all day. I went in at 830 and get unsafe given the door never closed. Further, Thursday there were a lot of people there, including a moving company. Not a single person wore a mask. The state guidelines continue to tell residents to wear masks and yet no one at the facility (except employees) had them on. There are also no signs posted... it would be appreciated and proper protocol to enforce mask wearing in the building, especially when others are losing and unloading their vehicles.

Everything you could expect out of a strorage unit.

Customer service was good. Pricing was fair. They have big elevators and carts that you can push to help you move. Overall I am very satisfied.
