Facility experience

The staff are kind and helpful. Prices could be better but ok compared to some other near-by units. Not the most convenient to load/unload if they are even a little busy due to size of space and depending what youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re moving. Had to clean my unit since it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t prepped ahead of time. Not only dirty with dust and dirt but had debris and glass.

Pricing and customer service is great but cleanliness is an issue.

Price and customer service was above and beyond however the cleanliness of the place is unsatisfactory. I was not even able to wash my hands because the bathroom was so filthy and to be honest I only saw one worker and it is impossible for him to do it all. There was a janitor's closet but not janitor in sight. I came from a storage facility where it was immaculate in terms of cleanliness but the price was ridiculous.

Carts should be longer to accommodate items to move to units. Addition parking needed especially when commercial vehicles take up most of spaces.
