    Awesome Company!

    I recently rented a small storage unit in the Bohemia location. I spoke with Tia. She was so friendly and kind. She made the whole process so simple and easy. More people need to be like her! I hope to create what I am trying to build and get to a bigger unit soon ! First month was free, super excited, thank you so much !

    Easy check-in. Friendly people.

    Very easy online reservation. Smooth check-in. Very friendly people - I thought I was in another State lol. And, they have an added bonus -> if you need a truck, they will lend one to you. The truck can accommodate multiple rooms. I must say, I was impressed. I've never encountered that level of service at a storage facility. You just can't beat that!! I would recommend to anyone.

    We're very happy that we renteda storage unit from them.

    The staff was very helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and ready to use immediately. The use of the truck to move in was definitely a bonus.

    The initial reservationists. Not so good

    The only negative comment is when I Called. The automated prompts not leading me to a person. It was frustrating trying to reach someone.

    Needed a unit fast

    I was in need of a unit and found cube smart was very reasonable and when I went in to finial is the guy who helped me was so nice friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
