Perfect location, friendly customer service, so clean! I would recommend Safeguard Storage to anyone!

Employees were great. But…

Play the great they help me with everything that I needed but the only problem was when I got there the price for it to me and the discount were not available to me. I don’t want to say it’s false advertising , but you know. I’ve been a tenant here before and I’ve always love this location , but I would recommend, a unit map just in case someone gets lost.

Clean but disorganized

Staff was very nice but I had to clarify my booking 4 separate times via email, phone calls with 2 different people, and in person. I kept receiving calls asking if I was interested even after reserving my unit, and the unit I reserved with a promotion was not noted even after confirming with staff. The facility is very clean but disorganized in the office.

Good facility

I was able to reserve the unit online the day before I arrived. I was able to get a larger unit near my first, smaller unit so I could transfer all my items from one to another. The building is close to my house for easy transport.

Customer Service

The Customer service was trash and they can ;earn to do better and improve on it.

Very Friendly and secured facility.

Very nice and updated. You felt safe when your inside and extremely clean. Very high tech, no codes to remember. I moved my stuff from another storage facility that was more expensive and older. You needed to enter a long pass code to enter gate, enter storage, and to leave. This place is a tap of a key fob. Very easy and convenient.

The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. From the first time I called to make the reservation to my first time at the facility talking to Darren, the manager, my experience has been extremely positive.

5 Star Service!!!

From the moment I called to request for the perfect storage, I needed in the short period of time, to the desk attendant who serviced me over and beyond his job hours to see that I was happy and comfortable with my new unit. I was shown the entry protocol, how to use the keys and the ladder to reach the unit. When I had asked about looking at two different sized units, I was shown three and I was given options of price to suit my budget. He was patient and he answered every question I had involving the contract, the entry, the hours of entry and why. He was happy to help with everything possible at the tightest moment I had to commit to open the contract with this facility. I just wish it was closer to my business in Merrick for the deal I received. However, the benefits outweigh the slight inconvenience to travel 20 minutes from the business. At least the travel was straight forward with two straight turns and I just arrived! I feel completely safe as a woman who may need to go to the unit at night as I had done years ago. The location is completely housed within, without being outside in the elements to load and unload your things onto a cart and through the secured door. I love this place and I'll plan to use this storage facility again in the future!
