    Best storage unit ever

    The process was amazing the people were fantastic especially the employee at the site. We did everything online or by the phone. The unit was relatively clean so we took a blower to finish the job no biggie. I would highly recommend this facility.

    Happy

    We had to call the help number due to arriving with uhual and our unit not opening. (I cut my hand pretty deep on the metal handle) the online customer service rep said we had to get the next size up and pay an addition 35 dollars, because "they didn't have any other units open" when I pressed that I specifically bought the size I needed/price I wanted to pay- he spoke to the store manager and there was suddenly other options. Other than that, we are happy.

    Household move storage

    Kim is extremely cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient. Unit was ready and very clean. Smells good inside storage facility. Easy in and easy out.
