Unclean Storage

Good hygienic practices is extremely important to me. With thay said, the locker I was given had garbage left back inside of it. Hence, it is fair to deduce it was not cleaned prior to being reassigned. I was very displeased by that but in hindsight, I thanked the person for leaving refuse behind because perhaps I'd have been given an unclean locker. The staff when informed, was apologetic and polite. From my initial contact with said staff, he was warm, courteous and professional.

Let down

I was upset to findout that you only offer Military discount to active memebers thats very upsetting Veterans are just as important. If your gonna offer a Military discount it should be across the board.

Jay was the best, highly recommend. Thank you for making my move so easy. He was professional, pleasant, polite, patient and respectful. I got there late and he accommodated all my needs without rushing. I felt safe and the building was super clean and user friendly. Thank you.

Building is excellent.

I would not sign up via the online services. It's more reliable and accessible to deal with the staff during office hours. I tried by following online instructions and did not gain access because I could not receive the access code as I was told I would. I therefore had to secure the items I had earmarked for storage overnight in a uhaul vehicle and it cost me another $35 in costs. I feel that I should be compensated.
