    Great Customer Service

    Moving from upstate to NYC they made my life much easier. They were informative and very helpful. Very clean and safe sight. You do have to have required insurance but that's never a bad thing.

    By the time I got there, the wait time was very long, there was only one staff on hand to help and the staff had to stay overtime just because I had to wait about 30 minutes just to be attended to.

    Best of the best

    First of all, Andrea and Alex deserve so much an award and great recognition. Andrea went above and beyond by showing me multiple rooms within the facility and had an upbeat attitude early in the morning. She was really able to work with me. Keep up the great job. Alex on the other hand did an exceptional job, he even decided to help me out a bit while it was almost time to close out the building. I was never expecting this from him since I'm sure he has other duties and responsibilities. Alex you are customer service and everyone should learn from you. Keep upthe fantastic job you do everyday.
