Mike was so polite,accommodating, and very helpful. On the paperwork he explained everything in detail, so everything was understood. Security camera's were everywhere so peace of mind is given. I would totally recommend this storage facility to all. The pricing is very reasonable, & less expensive than other places in this valley; & the website says if purchasing a 10x15 or larger u can get buy 1 month get 1 free. WOW what a deal. I checked other storage places ALL Of Them! Thank u Mike for your helpfulness.

Mike(facility manager) was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions as this was my first time renting a storage locker. I would definitely recommend renting from them. Thanks Mike!

It really is a nice storage unit -- as advertised, not problems so far.

Good Facility but Access Code a Bit Confusing

What do you want me to say? It was a nice storage unit but the access code to get into the facility was a bit confusing.

I have not completely moved into the unit but overall good so far.

The customer service is good the person who loved me did a very good job and accommodated my needs it's pricing is cheap affordable and easy access thank you for your services

Stay away! I lost all of my belongings!

I rented a unit online on Route 11 in Kirkwood, NY. I arrived to check in to a note on the door saying they had closed early. I called the 800 number, got a gate code then was told my unit had been rented, but that there was another one available. I e-signed my contract while on the phone w customer service then we hung up. I proceed to new unit to find it locked. Called back 800 number and they say it was already rented but again, assign me another. He has me check it while on the phone to be sure itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s unlocked and empty. It is. I unload my things and leave. I return with another load a few days later, to be told by the woman in the office that the unit I had was rented. It was rented to someone else the day after I moved my things in! So the police were called, they called the man who now had my unit and he came to unlock the lock he put on it. My belongings were gone. He said he moved everything outside the unit and left it there. At some point it was stolen. My basement had just flooded and it was what I had left. They also charged my account 3 days prior!
