The facility is very clean, and Nancy was very helpful!

The representative "Nancy" was very knowledgeable. Although her supervisor was very confusing with the pricing, but eventually honored the price quoted. Both units toured, the lighting was out. Nancy changed the light bulbs, but the problem was beyond just typical maintenance. Apparently the lighting is a bigger problem in the facility. Nancy contacted me to inform me she submitted a work for an electrician to correct the problem. Her communication was prompt and detailed as to the date and time, which I have to be there for his/her access to the unit.

Seriously . . . there's a building lobby that looks like you're going into an office building. The building is only accessible during business hours which may be inconvenient for some people but that's definitely a plus for security. All units are interior so your stuff is safe when the facility is closed. Dropped ceilings with typical office lighting in the corridors so the place looks clean & it's well lit. Definitely not the industrial look you see in most storage unit facilities.
