My move in was a breeze made reservation online was able to move in literally without having to go into office. Saw staff making rounds which made me feel good, to know they are also making sure the facility is clean and secure. It's my first month so, so far so good.

Clean, secure, spacious and reasonable.

Finally, a storage unit that accommodates my big furniture at a reasonable price. Clean. Pleasant management.

Inconsistent service

Our initial experience was very positive. Our second experience, unfortunately, was not. The young man who was on duty went above and beyond to work with us. However, the woman who was on duty was caustic. Fortunately, she was not on Duty our first visit or we would not have returned.

As a first time customer, Ms. Chanti, explained about the facility, storage, security, and products that are available in the office if needed. I recommend PS 4 the security of ur storage needs. The staff there, which were 2 African American Queens, we're KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND & RESPECTFUL. PS IS THE PLACE!!!!!!

Awesome service! Just wish we had gone over what was being charged at time of move in. I figured it out after I left. Appreciated being put on 1st floor even though my reservation was for 3rd. As a new employee was being trained we got to participate in that as well!

They need more climate controlled...

They need more climate controlled units. it's way too hot in there. I've used this facility a couple times and each time i was not able to get a cool unit.
