    Raise rates every 6 months

    Started out fine, but after we paid for a year up front they raised the rates by 50 -60 dollars 2 times so that our inital 110 /month turned into $240 a month after 24 months. They do not allow one to pay in advance more than 6 months so that corporate can increase cost every 6 months and keep the customer on a string or force you to move out.

    Everyone we spoke with was so helpful and nice.

    I was not the individual that moved in, as I only set this up for a co-worker in New Mexico. She was happy with all conditions.

    Good experience

    Called and got help finding the best space for us. Was able to move my things into the storage unit the same day and it was clean. Didn't need customer service.
