The units are spacious, easily accessible, and well maintained. Cindy was very helpful, the move-in process was quick and straightforward. Registration and payment were both simple and hassle-free, and the staff was very helpful throughout the process. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to choose Zac’s Self Storage and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a convenient and reliable storage facility.

Very professional with excellent customer service

I was relocating from the south to NJ and unfortunately my dates kept changing. Cindy was so helpful and understanding, she assisted me all through the process. Additionally, we had a delayed arrival, but she worked with the owner to facilitate things for us. I stayed in the unit much longer than I expected, and they were more than accommodating. I am giving them the highest recommendation possible they have been a pleasure to work with.

What started as a frustrating situation ended up being 5 star. I went to the management office (as there is no onsite office) and Zac took the time to help me out. I very much appreciated it. That is rare to find today. The level of customer service was unexpected, in a good way. Facility is clean and pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

Searched the internet for affordable storage places . everybody was charging a lot of money for storage , I'm on a fixed income . I hope they don't raise their rates .

So far things look great. However I just moved into the unit a few days ago. I'm not certain a out flooding but they don't cover it if so. I'm hoping it will work out fine.
