Perfect solution for my daughter’s College stash

Found Vincent to be knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The facility appears well maintained. The process was smooth from start to finish. They have locks you can purchase or you can bring your own. The $16 a month insurance is a bit much but we are checking with our homeowners insurance to see if we need it. Paid the one time $29 admin fee (and insurance) that basically cancelled out the first mo free offer. Overall we are satisfied with the decision to rent the storage unit.

Overall ok

The service was friendly. It was pretty simple to move in. There were a few issues though…. They did not advise you up front if a lot of additional charges. I had stuff with me to leave in the unit but had no lock so was forced to purchase an overpriced lock from the facility. They never mentioned needing to purchase insurance. There was a 1 time administration fee that I did not feel was justified since I did most of my own entry online so I should’ve gotten the fee for doing the work. So after my half off deal for the first month it was basically full price so not sure how great of a discount it really was.

Easy access, employees were fantastic, obtained size I needed (lucky).

Great location, easy access, friendly staff.....However, your prices are outrageous. Had no choice but to take the unit as I was unable to find the size I needed elsewhere.

The whole process went very fast. The place and my unit is very clean. I Would recommend this place to anyone needing storage space.

Great price and great location

The only issue I had was when I was checking in was there was only one person working so I ended up waiting almost 45 mins to check in while she finished helping the person she was with. Also kind of stinks I do not have access to my storage unit 24/7 despite having a code and that I need to provide my own lock. Unit was clean and ready, and I loved having use of the moving truck it was a big help. Also had tons of packing materials on hand which was helpful and great location right off of exit 7 on the NJ Turnpike.

Super Easy Registration!

I found the cheapest deal with CubeSmart Self Storage than any other places. They had the best prices along with discounts and free month of rent and use of their truck! The storage facility is so clean and easy to maneuver. Staff are friendly and was helpful. Thank you and will be here for a while!!!!!

Great Storage Facility

I compared many locations and cost and this is by far the best place for a storage unit.. Customer service is exceptional. Facility is easy to access, well lite, and safe.. I have already recommended this location to my friends that might be interested in obtaining a unit.
