AVOID AT ALL COSTS ~ unless you like headaches ;)

Had the absolute worst time trying to book a unit with them. You have to be very careful when talking to customer service, they will start charging your card without fully understanding what you want and somehow you will be at fault when they charge you the wrong price. I am shocked at how they treat people, didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sit right with me. After botching my reservation, they still expected me to pay the $29 that was supposed to credit towards the rental. They claimed they could not transfer that to the new lease agreement, because it was already linked to the lease was wrong... makes no sense. I still wanted to work with them, but they refused to add that $29 credit to the new lease.. and out of principle why would I want to work with them. After demanding my money back in and dropping the business relationship, I am so relieved I do not have to communicate with them any further. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know if the girl I talked to was new or what, but the company should be understanding of miscommunication and stand by their mistakes. Easy for them to not own up to mistakes when your card has already been charged. I would honestly just avoid this spot, glad I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sign a lease with them. Ended up with with a much better company, whose reservation process was easy and cheaper. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy headaches ;)

This facility was flexible with my move in date and easy to get to. An electric fence is getting installed which will definitely increase the security.

Storage King's service is exceptional! They were helpful and accommodating. They answered all of my questions. I really appreciate the layout and design of the facility, each unit is raising to prevent water from coming inside. Very good place to store things.
