    easy to rent, great locations and the price is very reasonable

    Good location easy to get in and out and if you forget your lock they have a kiosk located in the main room to purchase a lock. The price is very reasonable.

    Love the locked gate as well as the facilities location!!

    I really enjoy the location of this facility. I have easy access when i need to store something. Especially because I don't drive I ride my bike and can't always carry all my things so I just pop in my unit and drop things off. The price, is the price. Very helpful and friendly maintenance Guy.

    Extremely easy to rent great location,

    Love it so far. Was very easy to rent unit. I come and go with no issues and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s close to home . I am currently looking to get a second bigger unit. Would be great to not have to pay the 25 fee again.

    I didn't like that there was no one in person at the facility

    I would preferably liked that someone was on site at the facility and I was basically forced to pay by card online. These days too many people have had their money compromised online, so I would have preferred to pay cash in person at the facility

    Easy to use.

    Very clean unit and I had a problem with the gate code and the local manager helped to correct the issue immediately.

    Proper Communication is Key

    Customer service was very professional but just trying to set up payment & receive proper information on how to enter the facility is poor. I had to change the size of the unit to a larger unit within a 24 hour period & was given & confirmed a new unit number that was already taken & pad locked when I showed up to move in! I had to call to receive a new until # & had difficulty finding units that stated they were available but most were not. over all the process was a pain in the ass.
