    second attempt

    I rented and paid for a storage unit at one of your locations just up the road from where I am now. Once able to access the unit it was full of someone else's stuff. No comparable unit could be offered or was available. I left with two truck loads of stuff after sitting a snow bank for 45 minutes. I went online and rented from this location (which is owned by same ) I was offered a larger unit with two months 50% off and it was seamless and quick. Was able to go unload in my new unit within an hour. I wasn't offered an immediate refund for the first unit I paid in full, which should be automatic but a ticket needed to be created. We shall see. I also felt an offer of a free months rent should have been offered for all the time, energy, gas I wasted on a unit that belonged to someone else.

    Easy to sign up and very easy to make payments.

    We found the space affordable and safe. Love the 24 hour access. I forgot our password but still was able to make a payment over the phone.

    It's okay

    The area is clean and I've never had issues with yhe company or anyone else I've run into while at the site. My only complaint is that the unit price has gone up 3 times in the one year I've had it.

    New Storage Customer

    Needed to quickly find a unit to store stuff in and was able to reserve online quickly. Pricing was best in the area. Units are a little.older but are clean. Glass to have found this so quickly.
