wish there were more like it

The start up pricing was perfect for what I had going on at the time. Security of premises made me feel comfortable enough to be there by myself after dark. The customer service was EXCELLENT! They were nice, fast, and efficient. The facility was clean INSIDE AND OUT of premises.

The staff Joe and Mike are awesome! They are so nice and just by their friendly and warm attitude would make one feel at ease about renting a unit there.

The rate was the best I had found. I actually feel like I got more for my money then I expected. The rep was very professional and made sure all of my questions had been answered.

Everything we could have asked for

These were the best prices for indoor climate controlled units. They were immaculately clean, super safe, and the customer service was great. Free handcarts are made available, and with a move in special, we got a free lock, cheap first months rent, and free 4 hour, in town truck rental.

Great Facility

They were very accommodating when I needed to keep my trailer there over night. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is quite clean as well.

The people were very nice. They found my reservation quickly, and did not try to up-sell me anything. I was impressed with the cleanliness and temperature control of the facility (I requested a temperature controlled space).

Employees were friendly and the service was great.

Awful & Misleading Management

Management couldnt keep their lies together on why services that had been agreed to were not rendered; multiple stories from different people that ultimately didn't even resemble each other. Nice facility but shady business practices should keep most people away.

Friendly Staff

The staff was very helpful and paperwork only took about 10 minutes to do. Facility is brand new so units are squeaky clean. The facility is right off the Beltline, so easy on, easy off. I highly recommend this facility!

Fantastic Storage Unit

Great choice for anyone looking for a storage unit. My roommate and I needed storage for our 2-bedroom apartment and Ample Storage provided a great deal with excellent value. Service was phenomenal, and we felt very welcomed by the staff. The unit itself was spotless which was also good to see; Just make sure you take advantage of the free moving truck they offer, it adds even more to the already fantastic deal!

This was the first time renting storage space. My son had just finished his freshman year at NC State and I did not want to bring everything back to NJ. I had questions about fees, insurance, size...you name it! They returned calls promptly and were very informative. They also recommended the student special as a possibility for my needs. In fact their recommendation was perfect for our situation. The facility is about 8 minutes from campus. I will definitely be doing business with them again. I only gave a 4 for paperwork because it would have been nice to print at home and have it ready at arrival. Professional customer service makes this place a top choice!
