This facility is very clean. I liked that they provide carts to use to help move your stuff in and out of the storage unit. Also, great that they provide a large van, pretty much free of charge for a couple of weeks after you begin rental.

Fast and excellent service

I was please fly surprised to find such a great storage building. It is new looking and very clean. Upon my arrival I met a very pleasant manager named John. He was very kind, friendly and helpful. When finished with storing I went back to the office to ask him for directions, as I am new to the area. Again, John was very much a gentleman and helpful. John makes your experience at Uncl Bob's storage the most pleasant than any others. I would definately recommend uncle Bobs Storage to anyone.

Kind of far but for a great price!

I am a student in Chapel Hill and I live in Virginia. I found this place searching through Google and it was a great deal! 5x5 for only $15! I didn't think that it was a legit deal so I reserved a space and then called. Customer service was great and considering I booked it the day before I had to move out of my dorm, the was the real deal! Although this location is kind of far away from my campus, it is in a very nice area and seems very safe. The manager that helped me was very nice and friendly and the storage space was clean, spacious and convenient. I highly recommend this place!
