Easy Registration, Outstanding Office Staff

The office staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. I wanted to view the space before securing and they were very helpful and I got a great unit that is easy to access and unload.

Hidden Costs

I was drawn in by a special but upon signing the contract was told I must buy their lock since my unit uses a barrel lock. I also had to buy their insurance until I could prove my homeowners insurance covered storage rental. Other than that, Joann was very nice, the unit very conveniently situated inside and the facility is close to my house. The unit had a small amount of dirt on the floor.

Terrible experience

Arrived on move day to find another lock on my storage space. Contacted the office, to be told by Kyle in such rude and unprofessional way that they couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t cut the lock off. I had to be transferred to another space and buy another lock. What made it worst is I had movers that was being paid by the hour. NEVER AGAIN!!

Lisa was outstanding and the process was quick

This is the first time we have rented a storage unit and the entire process was very smooth and quick. Lisa was outstanding and helped us with all the details. The storage unit was clean and access was easy.

Very friendly staff, check-in meeting was fast and thorough

The staff member that was present at my check-in and initial meeting was very friendly and showed me how to get in the gate, how to correctly set a lock, and took me through the whole process well. Facility itself is in a unique location which was kinda cool. Storage unit itself was a bit sore to the eye, but it works regardless.

My experience was great

My experience was great. We were walk ins with no appointment. We were shown two units, decided on one, filled out the paperwork, moved stuff in right then and there. We were in and out within 15-20 minutes. We have no complaints at all.
