The lady who checked me in was very courteous, pleasant and helpful. She did an excellent job. The extra fees were unexpected. Especially the insurance requirement. Since this is a corporate mandate it shouldn't reflect upon her job performance. The unit is clean and holds everything I put in it with room to spare. I would recommend this facility to anyone who asks.

Receptionist was super awesome

Big enough for my stuff, not super clean but I have ocd, too expensive. But the receptionist was terrific and super nice.

Booked my unit days before on-line and it was ready for move in as expected. Great rates too!

A little pricy, but great customer service.

The lady that I spoke to both over the phone and in person was super nice and made sure that everything was explained thoroughly. The unit was very clean. I will admit the price is a bit high, but sometimes that is what you pay for in exchange for good service.

Slightly hard to find but a very nice facility

It was easy to get signed in and moved in, the unit was nice and clean. I wish they had a light in the unit though. I also don't care for their insurance policy but such is life. So far things look pretty good.

Great! Would definitely recommend! 10/14/14 My move became a little complicated, and I was running late but they graciously stayed untl I got there to complete the paperwork and get moved in. They were also one of the few companies that accepted cash payment, and did not have multiple hidden and surprise charges.

I would recommend this facility to anybody who is looking for a good storage unit. The staff here was great I was able to come in early and get a look at the exact unit I was getting. Also they assured me that if I needed more space getting a bigger unit would be no problem. When I left the facility I didn't have any questions about anything. I felt that everything I needed to know was explained to me in detail.

Find - but I DETEST mandatory insurance- one should be able to waive with responsibilty the monthly ins charges

They had one of the cheapest units in Greensboro, and offered a free vehicle to move my possessions into the unit. All staff were quite curt.
