    Wonderful experience

    Fabulous facility and move in was flawless. Peace of mind knowing our vehicle is safe and sound. Melanie and staff are efficient, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

    Clean and easy to use

    The facility is in a good part of town, easy to get into and the customer service is awesome. They have covered parking for boats/RV/cars and the bays are big and so is the space between them to accommodate backing in easily. Inside is climate controlled but not just that it's legitimately cool which is great when you are packing stuff in. They keep it clean. Cameras and a passcoded gate. Glad if found them.

    HIghly Recommended!

    I went online to find a climate control storage unit in Elizabeth City. AAAA was the company that came up. I reserved a spot online. Shortly after, I received a telephone call to come in and sign the lease or go online and sign the lease. The lady was very pleasant. In no time, we had a storage unit. After moving in we realized we needed more space. Went back to the office to rent another unit and received the same customer as before. After moving items into the storage unit, we received a call that the unit was not locked all the way. We thought that was great. I highly recommend AAAA Self Storage.
