Very reasonably priced unit. I was able to lock in the great rate for multiple years by prepaying. The complex is large, clean and secure. The unit locks are opened by cellphone, including my six year old Android. If you do not receive the expected email, look in your spam folder.

Great, easy-to-access facility!

So I needed a reliable, affordable unit same-day to move my belongings into. I was reached out to, given all the info necessary and was told that I could finish processing into the unit online. I did so with ease! The only thing I would say is getting the NFC lock off a a bit challenging for me, it takes a minute to work. Other than that, the facility is clean, well lit and more than enough space!

It was a smooth transaction except I forgot to bring my insurance info.

This was the first experience with a representative utilizing an electronic kiosk but she was very friendly and helpful. I liked it - thought it was innovative and neat. I will admit it was a little uncomfortable when I needed to provide her with some personal info. I was happy when she asked the other customer if she could step out for a moment. I was pleased with the level of customer service that she provided. Only negative hard to add my home owners insurance.

Price increases quickly

Unfortunately these folks are like Directv and give good offers to the new instead of trying to keep loyal customers. After 5 years I had enough with the games and price increases.

Very upsetting

For the past two day I have been trying to move in, my code didn’t work the first day, had to wait until the next day, they changed my code, and it still didn’t work. They had to give me a temporary code for the day to get in, still don’t know if I will be able to get in tomorrow. Very upsetting, I’m a disable senior, and I have had to have my daughter to do all of the calling for me.

Easy Peasy

I reserved online and the wrong discount was applied, when I called I got a wonderful rep that was cheerful and very willing to assist me with making changes. The process only took 10 min from start to finish. I had my unit # and was ready for move in. When I arrived I found my unit with no problem and there was even a lock already there for me to use.

Clean! A BIG Relief!

My unit started with a ‘2’ so thinking 2nd story… I arrived to see an easily accessed by a 26’ UHaul and realized the ‘2’ meant inside storage unit. Opened the door to a wide hallway and my unit was directly in front of me… awesome! Wide overhead doors to the units and a fairly quick unload/load. 24/7 access with a gated entry… very pleased! The follow up with the staff was excellent! Highly recommend this storage facility!
