A customer friendly storage facility

Overall I was pleased. The facilty is clean. The staff extremely helpful. They offered to move my belongings into the facility for free and I took them up on it. They called before they came, and moved it all. They were extremely professional. My only concern is the size of my storage, when I sat down and told them what I had, they suggested the size and since I am spacially challenged, I took them at their word. My belongings are in there and things are not all piled onto my furniture, but it is very tight and no room to bring any other boxes.

Overall a good experience

Staff was great. Rick was very friendly when I came in to sign all the paperwork. He remembered me on the day of my move and was able to recount information I had given without referring back to any notes. They offered to move my belongings to my storage unit for free. The movers were great. Although young, very professional. The facility rated a 3 on secure because the gate is broken; however, it is scheduled to be fixed. The storage unit is very clean. My only concern is the size of my storage compared to the amount of furniture/belongings I have. I really could have used a larger size but I relied on staff to help me decide.

Because I reserved the unit online I had to trust the pictures and what I knew about the location. I was extremely impressed by the phone call that I got from Rick once I reserved the unit. Upon arrival he was extremely friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. However, I was disappointed that I received a lower quoted price online via Sparefoot than the actual unit rented for; $15.00 more was more than expected but I felt like I had no choice.

Exactly what I wanted

Good, clean, secure storage for better price than I was paying.

Had trouble getting in the gate. It wouldn't accept my code. Had to have office re due it on their end.

Cheapest around, standard unit, fairly clean, good security. Excellent facilities.
