Great service! Jo was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions patiently, and explained the terms of my rental clearly. Only need my unit for 1 month but if I need storage again, will return here! Best of all I saved $50 over what I thought I was going to spend. For me every dollar counts. So thanks Public Storage for hiring quality people.

I go to multiple public storages in the Charlotte area and beyond. This location is by far my favorite. Jo and Halliean are both excellent when it comes to customer service and just all around outstanding people. I look forward to my next trip to this location as always. I had the pleasure of being helped by Melissa and Jo who were beyond accommodating. I am renting a parking space for my vehicle and was very impressed by the security of the facilities. The process was painless and the price amazing.

Moving from one state to another, I was nervous about storing my belongs, but the ladies made me feel welcomed. I arrived early, but I was very patient in my wait, and they were very friendly. I recommend this highly to anyone.
