Super fast and super friendly

I was in a rush and I was moving suddenly and I needed something close in location and not too many fees. They are right on Monroe Road tucked away however they helped me tremendously. I would absolutely recommend.

Manager was there when I arrived, answered all my questions

In door and convenient. Secure,safe with security camera and coded gate and entrance.Rented here about 12 years or so ago and basically ran the same way. No surprises.

I looked at almost 30 different storage companies and they were all way too expensive and didn't have exactly what I needed. Not only that, but the people that workat those places have NASTY attitudes. Not Here. Everyone was friendly and happy and they had EXACTLY what I needed. You can't go wrong here.

Price good, but no ramp or drive up access outside. Only stairs

Make certain you're sure about the unit, because if you change your mind after payment, there's no refund or prorating payment. Also it seems to be an old warehouse or something. Not your typical storage unit. To get to units you'd have to use stairs or lift your items from your truck up on a ledge. Ramps are kinda steep and are after stairs and truck ledge. They do offer UHAUL trucks.

Pricing is great. Very personal and friendly customer service. Only reason for 4stars overall is because of limited access hours. But they are in the process of setting up a new gate for next month. I will always use them from here on out

Good location and competitive prices with other storage facilities. Only problem is the current limited availability to the storage unit, only during business hours but I was told they were working on it. Overall, pretty satisfied.
