    Responsive staff, convenient location, elevator only access a bit limiting

    Registration was easy, staff was very responsive, and location is convenient. Only slight drawback if you are storing larger items is units must be accessed via elevator from a garage.

    very helpful staff and easy rental process

    the young lady that was working the counter was very helpful and had me up and running in no time. despite having to cover 2 different locations that day she was punctual and never showed any sign of attitude. my first unit had someone elses lock still on the unit but she had me a new unit in 5 mins and she even walked me to the unit to make sure everything was okay.

    Office Not Open During Work Hours, Uncooperative Staff Member

    I have not received the customer service basics that I would expect from a quality storage space facility. The clerk has constantly argued with me over the phone rather than assisting me with several billing issues. The store was closed at Noon yesterday (on a Wed.) with no sign indicated when it would reopen. Another customer and I were not able to get service. I traveled from 30 minutes away just to make a payment and to review my statement.
