    Very dissatisfied with the customer service and all-around liability

    No one was there for 30 minutes and then there was no office the paperwork was done on the back of a pick up truck the gate was faulty it crashed into my truck and they will not be responsible for my damage

    Great Customer Service

    This facility was a little out of the way to my daughters college (my doing) but the scenery there was beautiful. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and a pleasant welcome. Check in was quick and the manager on duty was very helpful. Being greeted in this matter made the drive even that more pleasant.

    i don't get why 24 hour access is more expensive if you use the same code... That seems like a rip off. I was disappointed in that as I have never seen that before in a storage facility.

    Good experience

    The customer service was great. The storage building and the business are immaculate and the lighting is good, also. There are never any flat bed carts in the storage area. I am 66 years old, with two knee replacement surgeries and arthritis in my back. Those would be very helpful!
