Great service

Managing a cross-country move is tough, but when you can rely on the solid people at Prime Storage to manage the details of reserving a good storage spot, the whole process is much easier.

This company deserves the best praise!

Prime Storage in Chapel Hill SAVED ME!! I was put in a really uncomfortable and difficult situation regarding my car on campus and I couldn't find any reasonable solutions until Prime Storage. They got me set up for the cheapest price and took care of me so well. I am so thankful to Derek who was working this day and was so kind and helpful.

Great experience.

Moved in on Sunday when office was closed. Perfect instructions were given to us on Saturday which made things easy for us to move in on Sunday. Thanks

Great price and location

I am a UNC student storing my belongings for the summer and this was the perfect fit! Totally reasonable price, great sizing options, and super easy to get set up. I did all this during my finals week and it was not a stressful experience at all.

Great Value, Great Service

Everything about my experience with Prime Storage was great -- from the booking, to the customer service, to checking into the facility. I felt taken care of and would recommend Prime Storage to everyone.

Clean, convenient, friendly.

The storage is clean and well maintained. It is somewhat expensive but within reason.

Gated storage facility, lots of ample space!

Great bang for the buck! Love the facility visit and storage space!

So Far, So Good

The move-in process was simple, and the customer service was great. Having easy access to a nearby dolly was also very helpful. There were a few bugs in the unit, but I guess thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s what happens with an outdoor storage unit. I just moved in, but overall it was a pretty good experience.

Wonderful customer service and follow up

Convenient and clean

We needed last minute RV storage and Prime Storage had one spot left for us. The staff is extremely friendly and the location could not have been any more convenient for us.

Same day, after talking with the management for a space, I moved in and was very pleased with size, price, and security! Highly recommend you speak with them for your storage needs!
