Didnt receive proper update from the staff, it’s last minute chaos

Nobody was there when I reach there as per discussion. Last time chaos BY myself did everything through mobile app. This is my first time using storage facility in my life and it was a bad experience.

Would definitely recommend for storage!

What a great experience staff was friendly and professional was shown the upmost courtesy. The unit i rented was clean and well maintained as was the rest of the property. Felt like I have rented a very safe and secure unit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our experience went smoothly. The one thing i will say though is that, when i spoke to an agent on the phone, she never informed me that it was a MUST that i purchase insurance. I think i shouldve been informed from the beginning, not while im signing the contract.

The manager Chris is so sweet!! He really made me feel welcome when I arrived at his facility. Chris is very helpful and nice!!!

I stopped by to pay my fee and I met Grace. Lovely lady and very nice to deal with. The staff at this facility are all great.

Sarah was the nicest and most helpful manager!! She guided me through the rental process not to mention she had a pretty impressive amount of knowledge of the moving supplies available. She definitely made my moving process a lot less stressful. I highly recommend renting from her!

Soon after I booked online, Grace was on the phone following up with my reservation to offer any assistance or answer any questions I had and helped me setup an appointment for my move in day. She was very welcoming when we checked in with her and took great care to show the unit, explain and walk us through the move in process. Grace was very professional and knowledgeable, she made us comfortable and offered useful tips. She's a great asset!!

I reserved a unit online. Within minutes Kimberly had called me to set up a date and time to come in for the paper work. Kimberly is very friendly, a professional, and very knowledgeable. she had an answer for all my questions. The complex is clean and secure.

Nice Personnel

I met with Kendal. She was very friendly & polite while explaining Public Storage's policy/procedures. Kendal helped me decide what size unit I needed. She walked with me to the unit I am renting and instructed me on the proper way to make certain my unit was locked. She opened the door to show me the inside of the unit. Friendly, polite & professional!
